On-Ground Implementation
JSIPL leverages its robust knowledge of local ecosystems backed by global expertise
toimplement complex public health programs at scale. It provides strategic and ongoing
support to improve maternal, newborn, and child health and strengthen the routine
immunization system.
The Organization also works with governments and local actors to
improve nutrition for pregnant mothers and children in the first 1000 days, and build
capacities for managing complex supply chains.
Nature of interventions

Undertaking formative research to identify barriers and opportunities to shape the design of field implementation projects and bring about desired behavior change.

Developing implementation plans and building community ownership to ensure sustainability through partnerships and clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.

Supporting project teams with Monitoring and Evaluation, setting systems, and ensuring quality controls.

Strengthening health information systems by providing guidance, technical support, and learnings from the on-ground implementation of projects.
